An Act relating to the Department of Environmental                            
Conservation; amending Rules 79 and 82, Alaska Rules of Civil                  
Procedure; and providing for an effective date.                                
                                                                               
Representative Porter moved and asked unanimous consent that the               
reconsideration of CSHB 51(RLS) am be held to the April 3, 1997,               
calendar.  There being no objection, it was so ordered.
